農薬・化学肥料を使わず、有機肥料たっぷりで育て上げました。
覆い下栽培ならではの濃厚な旨みはぬるめのお湯で淹れるといっそう味わい深くなります。
青みを帯びた深緑の水色が美しい一煎です。
Kabuse Sencha is shaded for 20 days before harvesting.
This fine quality sencha has rich umami and luxurious aroma.
基本の淹れ方
茶葉:5g 湯: 80㏄(50~60℃)浸出時間:60~90秒
夏は水出しもお勧めです。
茶葉10gに1リットルの水を注ぎ1時間~一晩で美味しく飲んでいただけます。
Basic Brewing Method (Recommended)
Tea leaves: 5g
Hot water: 80 ml
Water temperature: 50–60°C (122–140°F)
Infusion time: 60–90 seconds
This tea can be infused 4 to 5 times.
After each infusion, gently pour out all the tea from the teapot.
This helps the following infusion express its full character.
From the second infusion onward, we recommend using slightly hotter water and a shorter infusion time to enjoy the evolving flavors.
Please feel free to adjust the parameters to suit your personal taste.
・Cold brewing is also recommended in summer.
Pour 1 liter of water into 10 g of tea leaves and extract it for at least 1 hour.
