農薬・化学肥料を一切使わず育てた茶葉を石臼で丁寧に挽きました。
点てると立ち上がる優しい香り。素朴で柔らかな風味はどんなお茶菓子とも
相性が良いお抹茶です。
夏は冷水で点てるのもおすすめです。

基本の点て方（薄茶）
抹茶：1.5～2ｇ（小さじ1）湯：70～80℃・80㏄
温めた茶碗に抹茶を濾し、湯を注ぎ茶筅で点てます。

<How to prepare matcha>
Matcha: 1.5g～2g Hot water: 70℃～80℃/80cc
Strain matcha into a warmed tea bowl, pour hot water and stir with a chasen (bemboo tea whisk).
