農薬・化学肥料を使わず、有機肥料たっぷりで育て上げました。収穫の直前に数日間覆いをしています。直射日光を遮ることで茶葉の色はより鮮やかに。煎茶ならではのほどよい渋みと旨みをお楽しみください。
This sencha is shaded for several days just before harvest. By blocking direct sunlight, the color of the tea leaves becomes more vivid. Enjoy well-balanced umami, sharpness and refreshing aftertaste.
基本の淹れ方
茶葉:5g 湯: 70℃~80℃ (80㏄) 浸出時間:60秒
夏は水出しもお勧めです。
茶葉10gに1リットルの水を注ぎ1時間~一晩で美味しく飲んでいただけます。
<Basic brewing method>
Tea leaves: 5g
Hot water: 80cc / 70℃~80℃
Steeping time: 60 seconds
Cold brewing is also recommended in summer.
Pour 1 liter of water into 10g of tea leaves and extract it for at least 1 hour.
