Okumidori has a mellow flavor and a vibrant green color, making it perfect for a luxurious matcha latte.
Using iced water in summer is also recommended.

基本の点て方（薄茶）
抹茶：1.5～2ｇ（小さじ1）湯：70～80℃・80㏄
温めた茶碗に抹茶を濾し、湯を注ぎ茶筅で点てます。

<How to prepare matcha>
Matcha: 1.5g～2g Hot water: 70℃～80℃/80cc
Strain matcha into a warmed tea bowl, pour hot water and stir with a chasen (bemboo tea whisk).
